Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Not open to existing customers who have signed up to brsk before 1 February 2025. However, if you choose to sign up to our broadband between 1 and 28 February 2025 and are drawn as the winner, a year's credit will be applied to your account, following your most recent bill.
2. Participants must submit a completed entry form inclusive of their personal details and correctly answer a specified question to be eligible for entry.
3. The prize consists of one year’s free full-fibre broadband, supplied on a month-to-month basis for a duration of 12 months. This offer is applicable solely to a single, non-transferable residential premise and is not available for business customers.
4. The complimentary year of broadband service is restricted to the BetterNet1000 product and does not extend to the BetterNet2000 offering.
5. The prize does not encompass any additional add-ons or services. Consequently, costs pertaining to repairs or equipment replacement are the responsibility of the customer.
6. To continue utilising the broadband service beyond the 12-month period, participants must contact brsk, providing a 30-day notice.
7. The prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer available at the time.
8. Participants’ contact details are necessary for notification purposes in the event of winning. Marketing communications will not be sent to participants unless they have opted in.
9. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
11. Only one entry per person is allowed.
12. Entries must be submitted by 28 February 2025. The winner will be notified in March 2025.
13. The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
14. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
